Neuraltts (website URL address: https://neuraltts.in/) appreciates your business and trust. We are Maharashtra, India-based company, creating Speech AI-based products. Please read our terms and conditions and this Privacy Policy, providing consent to both documents to have permission to use our services.
Section 1:Data Storage Location
We ensure that your data is securely stored and GDPR compliant. We store your data safely with best-of-breed cloud servers.
Section 2: Registration
If you register on our website, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your email ID). Website administrators can also see and edit this information. If you register with the website by your Google or Facebook accounts directly, we fetch and use your profile data from these third-party websites.
Section 3: Comments
When you leave comments on the website, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

User Information like name, phone no or email id submitted on our site is sent to our company email, hosted by Google. We adhere to the EU/US “Privacy Shield” policy. These submissions are never shared with any third party. Contact details are collected to send the generated audio on your email in some cases. While signing in, users also give consent to be contacted for new features onNeuraltts website and different offers and discounts.

When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.

Section 16: Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Payments:
Currently, our services are billed on a monthly basis subscription, or a fixed basis unless otherwise specified. We do not store the user’s payment methods, (Card/UPI?Net banking, etc details). We do not auto deduct or auto-renew the services. The user has to manually renew the services once the subscription period is over.
We use Razorpay (website: https://razorpay.com/) as our payment gateway partner. We follow their T&C and Policies that can be found here https://razorpay.com/privacy/
The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Rupay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
If services are being left unpaid for an all-inclusive time frame we maintain all authority to expel the service (counting all information) from our servers without notice.
Refunds:
Due to the nature of our services, we will not be providing refunds once you have confirmed the payment of your purchase.
We are not responsible for any bank charges, commissions, or overdrafts. The only way to remove these charges is through direct negotiation with your bank.
Cancellations:
The client may cancel the subscription whenever they want by contacting us. Payment is asked on monthly basis and that is non-refundable.
All the subscription plans available on the website are not auto-renewable and the client has to renew the subscription manually.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and card numbers, and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
For any account/billing-related communication, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We may also communicate with you for the payment/subscription reminders.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Section 18: Terms for using Neuraltts Application
All Users and Clients of NeuralTTS agree to not use the voices from NeuralTTS, or contents created with the voices from NeuralTTS, for any use that can be deemed unethical, immoral, illegal, unlawful, or in any shape or form that might be deemed against the societal, cultural, and legal norms of the country you reside in and the contents will be available in. Neuraltts will not be held liable for the actions of the users or the clients in such a fashion and manner.
Section 19: Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes that arise from this policy, terms, and conditions, and other activities, would be under the jurisdiction of the competent Courts of New Delhi, India. However, we reserve all right to take legal proceedings to any country other than India in order to protect its interest and enforce its right whenever they find it appropriate.
Section 20: Amendments
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we amend this Privacy Policy, we will update this page accordingly and require you to accept the amendments in order to be permitted to continue using our services.
